Does your dog have what it takes to win the prize? K9 Contestants will see how fast they can slurp away some delicious peanut butter on a spoon. May the fastest dog win! We will have heats according to dog sizing.

2:00 PM Meet the Richfield K9 Team

Meet our K9 officers and hear about the amazing team of man and German Shepherd working together to keep us safe. Richfield police dogs, working with their assigned police partner, go through extensive training in agility, obedience, tracking, criminal apprehension and handler protection.

The City’s K-9s are certified in Patrol and Narcotics Detection. Their training meets U.S. Police Canine Association standards.
